The Alabama Research Institute on Aging (ARIA) is sponsoring a half-day grant workshop on Friday, March 24, 2023 to provide feedback to investigators on aging-related grant applications they are preparing for submission. The session will feature brief presentations by investigators, followed by comments and advice from an expert “review panel” as well as other attendees. Our goal is to help investigators hone both substance and “strategy” of their proposals to help ensure a successful review outcome.
Interested investigators should submit a non-binding letter of intent by Friday, February 17, 2023. Final proposals will be due by 11:59 pm on Monday, February 24, 2023 and should include (1) all items listed in the attached packet and (2) a copy of FOA to which it is responding. Investigators should also prepare a brief (10-15 minute) PowerPoint presentation for the session. There is no restriction on the type of grant application.
